What I love most about Sweet, Sexy Heart is the message hiding within the story. Foster goes out of her way to create a beautiful soul that is uniquely perfect despite the flaws she sees in herself. Amber is the manifestation of what is often forgotten. Beauty is not the outer shell, but the light that shines from within. Beyond the painful way she sees herself resides the reflection of how others see her. It takes a fresh set of eyes, an open heart and an irresistible confirmed bachelor to open her eyes to the treasure that she fails to see. Amber and Dash are my favorite because they bring into focus why being unique is truly a perfect fit.

These characters just make you want more!

Melissa Foster is a writer I will read or listen yo every time I get the chance. Her characters are real, not everything is perfect in their lives, they have struggles and illnesses… and they are interesting and make you want to know more and more about them! Dash and Amber are, absolutely no exception.

From the first glance, Dash is smitten. He fights for what they have. Amber is happier than ever… until there are difficulties. Can they get through them!? You’ll enjoy finding out!

Sweet, fresh, and sexy.

I absolutely love the Montgomery and Braden romances by Melissa Foster. Amber and Dash were quite the surprise. This story was so fresh and unexpected and made my heart flip over with the emotions that jumped off the page. Dash is such a big personality with a big heart. Amber is a bit closed off with a medical condition that keeps her close to family. But Melissa Foster tells their story in a way that you fall in love with this couple, their families and the entire community. I couldn’t put it down and I am left wanting for more. Meg Sylvan and Tim Paige provided voices that made the listening experience of the book come to life. There was a seamless transition between narrators and I didn’t want the book to end. Foster, Sylvan, and Paige are a great team for this audiobook.

Sweet,Sexy Heart is the perfect title for this Story. Dash and Amber are hot and dynamic. The sparks start flying from page one. Melissa has done it once again with this amazing book.

sweet romance

I loved this story and find myself wanting to collect acorns. this was an unexpected romance between two and I related with the main character I'm many ways. I love that about Foster books, they are so relatable. Dash seemed cute and kind and loved getting to know him. This book makes you think and sympathize with struggles others may be forced to deal with in life, "Don't judge a book by its cover", read it!

Dash and Amber forever

Audiobook Review: I absolutely love Meg Sylvan and Tim Paige as narrators. They are perfect for Melissa Foster’s Sweet, Sexy Heart book. Dash and Amber are sweet, sexy, and fun and the voices of the narrators portray them perfectly. I could feel their love, hear their respect, and know exactly what emotion they were feeling as I listened to the story.

eBook Review: Dash Pennington is all alpha male, which is exactly what Amber Montgomery is not needing in her life. Amber is happy to run her bookstore, hang out with her friends, and live her quiet life. Enter Dash, who upon first look decides that Amber is all that he wants. As a retired athlete, motivational speaker, and author he goes for what he wants and does not give up until he gets it.

I loved that Melissa Foster wrote Amber as not a perfect character. She has epilepsy and it has held her back some. She knows that stress and tiredness can bring on seizures, so she lives her life carefully and aware of her body’s reactions. Dash Pennington has done his research on epilepsy and knows that he has to be aware of Amber’s needs. I love that he embraces her life, supports her, and wants a relationship with her. He does not just pursue her, he woos her, he wins her over, and he gives her everything that he has to offer.

Dash and Amber are meant to be. They belong together and I look forward to catching glimpses of their future in other books in this series.

I'm blown away by Sweet, Sexy Heart. I love Dash and Amber. Dash is sweet, protective and the type of guy any girl would want. Amber is cautious, to the point of it holding her back from enjoying her life. But she's happy and loves her small town life. I related to Amber, rooted for her to exit her comfort zone and felt for Dash. This book had me laughing, smiling and in tears. I think this may be one of my favorite Melissa Foster books yet.

PERFECT narration for a perfectly sweet story.

Such a sweet, sexy story! I absolutely loved the beginning and Dash's persistence with winning Amber over. Aaaaah, yes, the chase. It's one of my favorite parts of a good romance. Tim Paige as Dash was perfect! I had a cheesy grin going on and butterflies with the things Dash said and did. Once Amber said yes, the story moved into a pretty sweet and tame love story with little to no angst with some laughable moments between them and their families. Amber's epilepsy plays a huge part in the story as they navigate how to explore their new relationship as a couple. Meg Sylvan as the female narrator did an amazing job with all the scenes, but I feel went above and beyond in the after seizure scenes. You FELT Amber's tiredness and slow pace. Dash was super sweet and took such great care of Amber as well as her therapy dog. Overall, I feel that, aside from Dash's "toddler grin", he really had zero flaws. He thought of everything, he did amazing things for everyone else, he was perfect. And that ending after their little spat? *Sigh*.

4.25 My Sweet Wild Thing Stars!!

I've been wanting to pick up more of Ms.Foster's work this year. As soon as this audiobook was announced I knew i had to listen to it next! Being new to this world had me even more excited to get into it! Right from the start this audiobook pulled me in and I didn't want to stop listening! I really enjoyed it!

I've listened to Meg Sylvan before but this was my first time listening to Tim Paige and both of their narration was so great! I couldn't get enough of them as Amber and Dash! They truly captured these two characters and the emotions with their voices which I loved! Oh how these characters and their connection touched my heart! I was blushing and grinning so many times throughout.

I so enjoyed getting to dig deeper with both characters and how I connected with them! I was so glad that I finally got into the The Bradens & Montgomerys (Pleasant Hill - Oak Falls) Series! I can't wait to go back and listen to the other audiobooks in this series!

With Sweet, Sexy Heart, Ms.Foster has created such a wonderful story filled with heart and heat! It's always such a joy to get into one of her stories and I can't wait to pick up more this year! I am so excited to listen to more of Meg and Tim in the near future as well! These two and their narration are not to be missed! (:
