Mega Feels & Super Swoon

You best be prepared for the mega feels and super swoon that this amazing romance has headed your way. Sammy and Luke are absolutely impossible to resist and their obvious attraction and chemistry has you almost instantly attached and invested. These two certainly make a sweet & spicy couple that will have you laughing, sighing, in desperate need of your favorite ice-cold beverage and ultimately leave you just a heart melted, sappy puddle. This book is simply so much fun with an abundance of heart and humor. Don't let that fool you though because it can also tug firmly on your heartstrings, whenever it wants to. This book offers dual narration which I prefer. The performances were excellent and I felt the voices matched the characters really well.

Fantastic Audiobook

Melanie Moreland knows how to write the perfect Grumpy and Sunshine story Luke a Grumpy Cowboy and Lady Sammie full of Sunshine. From there first meeting the sparks were flying. the connection and and character development was awsesome . John Lane and Maxine Mitchell do a perfect job
on bringing the story to life. worth the credit.

SUNSHINE & SAMMY is Luke and Sammy's story, the fifth book in the Vested Interest: ABC Corp series.

OMG! Luke and Sammy are the definitions of grumpy and sunshine and I couldn't get enough of them.

Sammy accepts a job to help a ranch change its business to turn it into a destination location. Upon arriving at the ranch, Sammy is greeted by Luke, a sexy but extremely grumpy cowboy. As they start to work together on the plan for the ranch, things heat up between them, but Luke's past refuses to let him trust.

I fell in love with Luke and Sammy from the very beginning of the book. The tension between them is so thick. Luke has been hurt in the past which makes him grumpy and un-trusting. Sammy is all sunshine and determination. Luke and Sammy are perfect together, with amazing banter, laugh-out-loud moments, tears in my eyes and my heart bursting with love. I also love the extended family and that we got to see most of them. I can not wait for what is next.

John Lane and Maxine Mitchell were the perfect selections for Luke and Sammy. They did a fantastic job bringing not only the characters but the entire story to life.

SUNSHINE & SAMMY and contains... small town, grumpy/sunshine, opposites attract, friends with benefits, dual first-person point of view.

Sunshine all the way

Another beautiful story by Melanie, this author is god gifted, this is a story of Sammy and Luke, how they came from two different world and fell in love. I would say it is a 10 star story. Don’t miss it

Great narration for a wonderful story

Melanie Moreland has delivered a breath of fresh air with Sammy and Luke’s emotional love story. This is grumpy/sunshine small town romance at its best and it will certainly appeal to a wide range of audiences.
I was drawn in from the first few pages and there was no putting down until the final words had been read, it’s a wonderful addition to the Vested Interest: ABC Corp Series with characters you will fall hook, line and sinker for.

John Lane and Maxine Mitchell really brought the characters and their journey to life, they were spot on with the narration and I really felt the love and emotion.

Sammy is Van and Olivia’s daughter and just like her parents this girl knows what she wants and isn’t afraid to do what is needed even if that means walking away…. Luke is a rugged cowboy not looking for love until Sammy turns his world upside down, so will this couple who are like oil and water build a future or will past relationships ruin any chance they have. This is an entertaining yet emotional read that I adored and I highly recommend you all one click this beautifully written love story.

Loved this audiobook!

I will read anything Melanie Moreland writes, but I especially love this second generation series. It is so fun to see favorite characters from previous books and their kids stories now that they are all grown up.

Sammy is planning on working with Luke and his sister on their business. Neither expected to be so drawn to each other. It was fun watching them fall for one another. They come from two different worlds, but they form a strong connection with undeniable chemistry between them.

This story was fun, entertaining, sweet, steamy, and more. Melanie's writing is engaging and easy to read and flows well in audiobook form. She did an excellent job creating characters I loved and a story that hooked me from the beginning. I can't recommend this book and series enough!

Grumpy and Sunshine is perfection.

This book is so romantic, with all the feels and all you need to fall in love with them. Grumpy/Sunshine is getting a place in my list of favorites tropes. This time Sammy is the sunshine, the light in the live of Luke. Luke is the grumpy sexy cowboy, really grumpy but Sammy like a ray of sunshine with her smiles and light break all his walls. Reading this book takes you to that Ranch in Alberta you can feel the breeze and all the love. Van and Liv are still so in love that is amazing to witness. It’s so good, Luke and Sammy are for each other. Sammy with all her smiles captured all of him. “She smiled, sunshine and Sammy all rolled up together.” Amazing Epilogue as always.
The audiobook is amazingly Perfect! John Lane as Cowboy was perfect. Maxine brings Sammy and all those emotions to live. Perfect performance.

My first book/audio with this author and I'm in love with her writing style already. The love, heart,soul,swooning and spice of this story brings all the feelings to the front. this is not your average romance, it's so much more. oh my heart and my undies😍🥰😍🥲. Narration was great and my oh my... John Lane would you talk me to sleep🤩

Swoony cowboy!

First, let me just say that this one would've been much shorter and had a much different conclusion if I were Sam. I would've leaned more toward running over this cowboy with his own dang truck after the first meeting they had, which wouldn't have gone well for getting romantic. Ha! But I'm not Sam, and obviously, there's a very good reason I'm on this side of the book, and Melanie Moreland is on the other. She definitely knows her stuff when it comes to romance and never fails to wow me with her words.
I do love me some cowboy, and it didn't take much more than a hot minute for me to fall in love with the grumpy Luke Adler, and every time Sam peeled back another layer, I fell a little more. Luke needed Sam's brand of happy in the worst way, and it's all too easy to root for these two. She's also from Moreland's Vested Interest generation, and I enjoyed the little sneaks at some favorite characters from past books.
So, if you're looking for some swoon and some Kindle-melting heat, Sunshine & Sammy is a good bet. Luke says some of the swooniest things even when he does want to be all grumpy and contrary, and he and Sam have terrific chemistry. We do get some angst, but the author tempers those feels with her often hilarious wit and some equally hilarious situations.
Now, combine all of that swoon with the narration of Maxine Mitchell and John Lane. I loved Sammy and Luke when I read them, and Mitchell and Lane give such a great performance. From all the toe-curling, swoony things Luke says to the crazy situations Sammy finds herself in to the steam this pair generates, it all comes through, feels and all, in the narration. So, another terrific combination between Melanie Moreland's words and Maxine Mitchell and John Lane giving voice to the characters.

Noting better than a gorgeous cowboy

Sparks fly when Sammy takes on a job at the Adler Ranch and comes face to face with the owner Luke is non too happy that she is there. But can this city girl prove to the country boy that the two of them are for real and that the walls he has built around his heart need to come down? Or will this just be a romance that has a timetable and they will both be able to walk away when the job it done? These second generation storylines warm the readers hearts. Bringing past characters into these stories only brings them to a higher level. Melanie Moreland creates masterpiece after masterpiece that her readers and listeners cannot help but fall in love with. I only hope that this is not the last one in the Vested Interest Series. I will be sad to see this one end. Once again Maxine Mitchell and John Lane bring the characters to life. Wonderful audiobook.
