When Voight hires Kinsey to gather the necessary damning evidence, a simple civil case becomes a deadly hunt for someone who once got away with murder - and may again.

The story

The voice is annoying. And why would she make a 65 yo woman sound like she was 85?

Judy Kaye has the perfect voice for Kinsey Milhone. Much better than Mary Phieffer. Great background for chores.

Best mystery writer

I have read all these books once, but wanted to hear them while traveling. Judy Kaye is the best narrator.
My only complaint is that I don’t think they are the full books. I think they have been condensed. Which bites since I pay per month to hear a whole book.
Another…not complaint really…but Sue Grafton died before the long awaited and final book could be completed. So we never know what happens to Kinsey.
Still, Sue Grafton will forever be my favorite author I highly recommend this series.

Like all of Sue Grafton's stories, this collection is fun to listen to. She always weaves a clever story that draws threw listener in. Once the story has started, I have to listen to the entire book.

A great romp

i love kinsey. and for me, she sounds like Judy Kaye. I listen to these and i find parts of myself I never realized came from books. i started reading these when i was 13 or 14, maybe 15. Kinsey, like so many other people of fiction was always there when i needed her. she's family.

fun story with lots of twists.

the gift collection is nice because it's 3 books for cost of one. the mystery is intriguing. like the characters.

The late Sue Grafton is one of the world's most talented writers. I am so very glad I got to read every book of hers more than 5x's each.

Consistent quality

Interesting story lines, never disappointed in the plots and twists and turns. Look forward to next book always.
