Teaser for other books but very good

So the MC keeps mentioning events that happened and says, "that's a long story for another time." The story was pretty good but short. It gave a good taste of what to expect in the other books (or at least in book 1 which I've listened to.) This is a good series. It's LITRPG'ish without lots of STAT sheet readings. The sexual content is not too overboard, but it has some truly hilarious parts if you like lowbrow humor. You shouldn't listen without a headset. While the sexual content isn't overwhelming, it is a bit graphic. I'll listen to book two just for some more LOL moments.

Xmas hijinks

I mean who doesn't love a hilarious romp through the north pole? This has some great humor and outlandish gimmicks but is worth the listen!

Loved it

Spicy, funny, and a little bit of awww. Liked the characters . Storyline was fun and it was read delightfully.

A great short story

I want to write more, but I'm not going to. buy the book, listen to the book, enjoy the book. that is all.

Only for fans of the "Succubus" series

If you haven't listened to the "Succubus" series, don't start with this. Start with those. There's much less plot and character development here, so it's really just for the hardcore fans.

The voice actor is quite talented. However, 1) I wish the author had hired a female voice actor for the women's lines and 2) I wish the voice actor, when lines are spoken simultaneously by multiple people, would record the line multiple times in the voice of each character and overlay the audio tracks - instead of just reading it in the narrator's voice and then telling us that multiple people said those words.

Audible lists this as being book "0.5." The beginning of the audio says it is book "5.5". I don't know exactly where it falls in the chronology, but it references events that happened after book 1, so it's probably book 5.5 in the series.

it's a fast moving story.

I like the idea of a virtual world. I think that the sex to non sex is perfect. It is alluring, and great adventure. And not too much, unevenly biased, to the protagonist. Ian has to earn it. overall the books are awesome and I can't wait for the next book, you end each book on an cliffhanger, but not too mean. thank you, hope you will continue writing.

Nice little history

Good parody of Christmas. as well always good sex scenes and thoughtful battles and quests. never repeating something or taking from other books.

Funny Adult Humor

I wasn't sure about this book when I started it, but it quickly grew on me. The sarcastic humor grabbed my attention quickly and had me laughing and rolling my eyes throughout the entire book. This is a quick read with very adult themes. The spicy scenes were well written! I will definitely be getting the other books in this series. As a gamer myself, I really enjoyed the setting of the book. Many of the funny bits were funny because my partner and I have said similar things while gaming! The narrator did an exceptional job of conveying the sarcastic humor or the characters.

Very enjoyable as always.

Pros: Stig rules! Bitch.
Cons: Halting the story to explain what the reader should know by now.

Okay at best

This short story was okay at best. While I appreciated that there was not a great deal of gratuitous sex in it. (That does no fit into a Christmas story). It still does not feel like much of a Christmas story itself. The author also put so many references to his other books in the series that it came off more as an advertisement campaign instead. I thought it went without saying that no part of a story should be used as add space for other books by the author, but maybe some need to hear it after all.
