Excellent Book to Learn Most Anything More Easily

This is an excellent resource for people wanting to learn almost anything as quickly and efficiently as possible. I've both read through the written book and listened to this audiobook and found both very helpful. In the written book, I enjoyed the illustrations that brought character to the book and I also appreciated the visual charts and figures. One of them that stuck with me was the figure demonstrating the retention effects of multiple starts and stops during studying - I thought that was interesting. And, this audiobook narrated by William Woody, was fantastic even on its own - great for auditory learners! Very well read. I put it on in the background while working on other things that don't require full mental capacity (like laundry, yard work, dishes) so I could reabsorb the material and fire those neurons again for better retention. There are a ton of knowledge gems in this book. I've shared several of them with friends and colleagues who also found them useful and a couple of them were happy to hear that they were finally making an audiobook for this. Some of the added audiobook effects made me giggle and brought what could be a dry subject to life in a fun way. However, I must say, one thing that I respectfully disagree with the author on was his stand that the brain "evolved" - personally I believe it was brilliantly created (particularly when you see the genius potential we all have!); but that is a topic for another discussion. Overall, I found this book to be very useful and filled with practical, actionable advice - I plan to return to it for refreshers periodically. I am confident that this book will definitely be helping me improve my study techniques as I begin studying and preparing for my professional licensure examination. I think students in school and college will also find this material impactful in their learning success - I know I wish I found this book sooner. Highly recommend.
