Good content but poor performance
I've only listened to a few chapters of this book but already am annoyed by the readers performance. She seems to be a native English speaker but pronounces many words incorrectly. I just don't understand why a "d" becomes a "t" and other annoying things.

Key word “DEVOTIONAL”!
I started this book thinking it would be a good tool to add to my dad repertoire…until God started popping up every other sentence.
I’m a non-practitioner Christian, so I can deal with a little bit of religious concepts here and there, but this book is all about religion and God and how it applies to being a good dad.
Don’t get me wrong! Some of it is relevant and educational…but the vast majority is backwards thinking…unless you still live in a 1950 household.
Just my 2 cents…

Bad theology. Wike psychobabble. Things like look inside yourself. How can I get my money back. Also this cheap.

not worth the time
Some generic advices and too much anchored in the bible but just the nice parts.
Better can obtained in stoicism by also other historical works.

Faith-based; great if you're a believer.
I mistakenly purchased this book. I'm sure it can offer some value to those who believe in the "old man in the sky" mythology.
