The Storm Princes and I travel to the Obsidian Desert in order to save the fae, only to find that the harpies need our help, too. Their chimeras are dying off, and no one knows why. In order to save the mysterious creatures, we’ll need to travel to the enchanted Lunaley: The land the harpies and fae have been fighting over for decades.
But there’s more to the Ley than what meets the eye, and when things ultimately become dire and deadly, my guys and I learn there’s more to our blood bond than we realized. If we can pull this ridiculous stunt off, we’ll gain two new allies. But if we can’t, there will be war on both fronts.
One thing is for sure, though....
These pawns are about to become players in a deadly game of our own.

better in audio!
After loving the first book so much I had to binge the rest of the series in ebook. It was so much better in audio! I love the sass and banter that the narrator brings to life throughout the book. This story was so fun as they adventured through the desert, met some new characters, and I love the trip through the lunalay! There is a mysterious door, magical trees, hilarious demons, endangered hybrid animals, some fights, and time confusion (not sure what else to call it). The relationship with Alexis and her boys gets better and I love how they go on dates and manage this relationship in a manner that almost seems normal. This is such a great RH series and I highly recommend to everyone!

I need more!
First thought, Ash NO!! WHY?! Second thought, I really need book 3 on audio. I need to know what happens next! I love the series and the narrators are amazing.

An interesting twist
I’m enjoying the storyline and the characters. Some great humor and many plot twists. A wonderful continuation of book 1.

Awesome
Hadn’t read this series when I got the second book on audio. Read the first one on my kindle and was immediately happy that I had the second on audible. I loved the narrators as VM is one of my favorites and the story is amazing! A definite must listen!
