I Like This One

Actionable Advice

Practical audiobook to attack procrastination!
I love that the author was short on theory and long on practice and that he zeroed right in on real and common procrastination pitfalls such as social media, binge-watching series, video games, etc. It also helps enormously that he was a world class procrastinator, worse than most of us! His 21 specific tools are helping immensely!
