When Memories Are Suspect
Starr Z Davies has written an entertaining short story in the steampunk style. This tale is about Grey, who watched the corporation that he works for, execute his brother and now he wants to avenge his brother's death. The characters in this story are complex, but also very relatable. I enjoyed this novella and I recommend it to others. Marc P LeVasseur's narration is restrained, but it fits the narrative. I was given a free copy of the audiobook and I have voluntarily left this review.

It was a good story with some steampunk elements.
The narrator was very good. He brought the story to life. The story was very short and very tragic. It was also very intriguing. You have to pay close attention to it because it jumps backwards and forward in the sequence of events. It had some steampunk elements but it was mostly about Grey's journey of discovery and tragic ending. Fortunately, it is only 47 minutes long, so there isn't a lot of time to mourn the lack of an HEA. That makes this story different, entertaining, and definitely worth the listen.

Short
This is a really short story. I feel like the narrator did a decent job,but I don't know about the author. After listening to it through twice I'm still not sure if I like it or not. There are plenty of twists that you don't have a clue to indicate they are coming. I can't say if I would ever listen to this again or not.

Complex secrets
Received as an audio review copy from Story Origin, this is an honest review. Narrated beautifully by Marc P. LeVassuer; the short story that comprises Stones is amazingly intense and complex in them journey it tells. Grey thought he understood what it means to be a bounty hunter within the BeneCorp company but once the company destroyed Grey's life and people he cares deeply for... the man vows to burn BeneCorp to the ground. It's what Grey discovers that leaves him wondering dod he ever have a grasp on any true really.
Highly recommended.
