Such an amazing guidebook for people
If you're a seeker of understanding and peace of might mind, i like to recommend this audiobook. If you simply wish to be mystified or intellectually stimulated, you'll be disappointed. Stoicism because it is presented during this format isn't meant to be entertaining or clever, neither is it meant to impress anyone. These are valuable lessons for patient listeners.

A must listen!
There was such a lot info packed into this quick read. Theory, practice & guidance. Perfect for a noob Stoic like myself. the simplest section on behalf of me was the 'hands-on' section, titled "Preparing Practices". this is often where you learn the steps, ideas and practices wont to achieve to your transformation. These are basically short exercises or lines of thought which will help to start to steer you along your way.

It was worth listen
Depending upon your aim, after completing the book you will have either a brief overview and solid understanding of stoicism, or a solid foundation upon which to further pursue the work of a stoic. Either way, it’s worth the small amount of time and effort required to listen this book.

I highly recommend this audiobook

This is absolutely the best one
I was given this free book audio book at my request and have voluntarily left this review.I considerably enjoy the narrator's voice -- he sounds noble, even regal, and well-suited to the content of Stoic literature.I'm particularly glad that this collection includes not only Meditations, but Seneca and Epictetus. it is a great value and a superb addition to my library.
