Great book for management
If you think this is a book for leadership you are wrong. You can find a lot of advices and great ideas for management. I started to use some of them. It's really a field guide. I enjoyed reading it and also I've search Matt's blog for more posts and ideas.

Mind blown, and planning to listen again

There really needs to be a PDF for this book
There are several exercises the author asks you to complete with no accompanying PDF. The book does have some helpful insights that would help any business get started but it does tend to focus on tech experiences- which is within the author's expertise.

Great Insight - Narrator almost unbearable
I must admit that I thought of just purchasing a hard copy of the book to avoid the narration. It was difficult to listen to, and at times felt like the narrator was trying too hard. However, I do feel this book provided great insight for all leaders of startups, but was directed more toward those in the world of technology.
