Outdated and redundant

The unnecessary music sounds like something from a cheap, outdated sophmoric coaching program. The first two hours is repetitive by both the author and concepts. Could be a 2 hour program if author got to the point and took out the music. Returning.

Nothing new that I haven't heard before and the music sounded like it was made on a synthesizer...like music from the 1980s.
