One of my favorite leadership books yet.
I love leadership books. I’ve read so many in there all starting to sound the same. In fact, over the course of this year, I feel like there was really nothing new under the sun, but this book has been so refreshing. Felt like I found answers. I didn’t know I was looking for. Give me words describe what’s going on in our organization. I highly recommend this book. I’ve bought one for every staff member on my team.

A great word on growing your leadership and church!
The speed of unity transformed the way that I viewed the leadership at my church. From working with the people of the church, to our deacon board, and spreading the vision of the future of our church, we are looking forward to implementing the practice that are in this book. I also love that Pastor Rob narrated himself and goes off script and include extra insight and fun stories along the way. You don’t want to miss what Pastor Rob has to say about unifying your church and one vision and doing all that you can for the work of Christ.
