Awesome Adventure Story

This is one of those kid’s books that isn’t just for kids. The writing is great and the characters and interactions will hook you. Can’t wait to get the next in the Skyborn series!

Great story and well read out load. Very captivating voices and profound story line. Definitely recommend this book.

I am 11 and I really loved these books bc the characters don’t always succeed at what their trying to do, which I feel like makes the story feel a little more relatable. I also like that not all the problems are just solved right away, and a lot of the times you’ll have to stick around until the very end of the book until it’s solved. Another thing I really liked about it was that there were 2 narrators which was nice bc you aren’t hearing the same voice all the time, which personally gets kind of boring.
Please note that there is quite a bit of death in these books, so, BEWARE, I personally loved the story though, so just keep that in mind!

Wow, I just love it. The adventure and truth and overall wonder of it all(like the moon moths)-I could not put it down! Definitely recommend and am excited for the next book! Also, I really liked the truth and betrayal of the Goldwings and king-I think it showed just how much time and thought the author spent on this. If you like adventure, truth, and being who you want to be, THIS BOOK IS FOR YOU!!!

Over all , it was great, but a bit slow at times. But the more I listened the more I liked it.

Very good Story

I will be looking to introduce my granddaughter to this series. I’m pretty certain that she will love this story.

I loved the book!

It was calming,and interesting, and fun! The book had an awesome way of making the story feel like I was experiencing what the characters were. I also loved how the world was built, and all of the details in the world the characters live in.

They were bird people : review written by an eleven year old.

I really liked the storyline and the amount of action in the book. Also, digging the unannounced romance between Ellie and Knox. Can’t wait to read the next one

Thieves are not always bad people

Elody the sparrow has always looked up to the hero’s that saved her life when she was a child. She has worked hard to be as strong an honorable as they are. Determined Ellie though has everything going against her, because she is a Sparrow. She is supposed to be a farmer, not a hero.
This book follows her journey to have a chance at becoming a chosen Gold Wing. On this journey Elody meets thieves, who teach her some important lessons…

Well written

Loved this book. Well written light reading. Great for children 10 and up I think.
