This is volume one of a two-volume series of Spanish sci-fi/fantasy short stories designed specifically for Spanish learners at an intermediate level. Volume one contains 10 original stories that are unique, engaging, and at the appropriate level for your Spanish-learning journey. These stories were designed for Spanish learners who want to get acquainted with Spanish vocabulary and expressions within a sci-fi/fantasy setting. Inside you will find a variety of stories depicting adventures in worlds of medieval magic, modern-day miracles, and futuristic space travel and phenomenon. There is something for everyone within both volumes one and two.
These volumes are intended to be used in a progressive manner. First, by listening to the stories to observe and learn new vocabulary and expressions; and then to relisten to the stories several times until they can be heard and understood without strain. Finally, after sufficient listening practice, you will be able to simply listen to the stories out loud and keep pace with every word.
