Some Principles of Maritime Strategy (1918) is one of his most famous works. This dislocation results from a strategic indirect approach. Reflect for a moment on the results of direct confrontation (trench war in World War I) versus indirect dislocation (Blitzkreig in World II). Liddell Hart is also tonic for business and political planning: Just change the vocabulary and his concepts fit.

One of the key works, but poorly read.
The content is among the most importent pieces of work on naval strategic thinking, and for that, everyone with even a small measure of interest in navies must read it, or in this case hear it. However Barker McLaurin clearly had to read it in a short time, because he misread a lot, thats a shame, but one can look past it, due to the content of the book.
