Average self-help book with minimal help
This book gives a very short explanation of how anxiety works then gives a couple of examples. The tips are very sparse and doesn't go in to enough detail to help you much.
This feels like a summarized version of a much larger book. It may give some simple or common insights but very limited answers.

I have newfound confidence
This book has made me feel like a brand new person. Being in public isn't as hard. By the second time I had listened to Clark's powerful voice narrating this, it wasn't through my headphones in a crowded space to avoid talking to people! I understand social anxiety in a whole new way that allows me to conquer it.
