Excellent
When I was a child my parents would send me to my grandparents farm in an attempt to keep me safe from polio. This book brought back so many memories of that terrible time. It is very well written and the narration was excellent. I highly recommend the book!

I loved this book. My favorite parts are the chocolate milkshake and when she meets the girls in 202 and Tommy 🥲. This is so informative I had no idea that there were three kinds of polio! Peg is so smart and quirky she’s just a thirteen year old who happens to have polio. 🤷🏻♀️ But yet she is so different but yet not. 🥰☺️🙃🫠 GO PEG!!!🥳

May we not be forgotten. A polio Survivor
This book brought back many memories, not all good. I'm 78 years old and now I am suffering mpps for the last 21 years. Also diabetes and the pain in back. Also my muscle strength is diminishing fast.

Small Steps is a great
Well written, great narration, a story that flows well and is informative. I enjoyed hearing about her experience, I don't know much about Polio other than seeing the images of kids in Iron lungs. Hearing her perspective as a child suffering with this disease was a facinating.
