Engaging

I really liked hearing the narration by Robert James Waller himself. The story was interesting. but downplayed the effects of divorce on the one being left.

A slow and lovely romance

Well this is not Waller's most engaging but, it is An enjoyable romance whose ending is not as predictable as one would think.

Slow. Soporific narration

Hard to get into this book. The narration will put you to sleep. I would like to re-listen with an engaging narrator that is capable of livening it up
