Although unsure about her surroundings and its occupants, through the gentle guidance of the maid she gradually becomes interested in the story of Mrs Craven, who apparently used to spend her time in a garden at the house, the key to which has vanished.

Just Sleeping Beauty. Don't be fooled by the cover
This audio book is really well performed--for its intended little girl audience. There is music--to include a few bars of the Disney Sleeping Beauty song (which probably cost a pretty penny). But, let's face it: this story has always been a bit thin. (Or is that my gender talking?)
