Probably not. At least not without some serious help. And odds are it'll be the kind of help that comes at a price; after all, it takes a very special something - abject and irrational denial, maybe? - to stand up against four vampire demigoddesses, an army of winged monsters...and the deity whose very name has become synonymous with Evil.
