The Noble Path Explained

For us westerners, a simple, beautiful way to begin to understand what the Buddha taught 2500 years ago.

Definitely sublime

I enjoyed the prose and the narration.

But the story itself didn't really capture me. I thought it was a bio about the Buddha, it's not, It's a story.. which is fine. But it's a bit muddled. the main character is named Siddhartha, a monk on a spiritual quest, but not the Buddha,, Its a not very focused storyline and if there is profundity there I missed it, but the writing itself is beautiful as is the narration.

you can explain Enlightenment mini better than this the journey from boy to man to God to reflection of oneself hasnt ever been captured in a fiction novel better than this. for me I have fortunately experienced the ending a few times in my life.
