Unfortunately, many believers are totally unaware that what they are fundamentally lacking is not passion or the right job or a better work environment, but wisdom for life and what to do when they feel those things. As long as they are misidentifying the true gap in their lives, they will continue to try to solve the wrong problem. This is why so many of them are not thriving as they can and should.
Shortcuts gives you the best of what I have learned through my own experiences, from others, and from the Word of God about how we become wise workers who live into God's design for life and experience the abundant, thriving life He desires for us.
