This book is the first in a series of short stories aimed at helping you improve your comprehension of the English language. My Childhood Dream tells the story of a young boy and his adventures growing up in a countryside village in Brazil.
The boy dreams of learning a foreign language and traveling the world, seeing and experiencing things his farmer parents would never have the chance to.
Through the medium of storytelling, you will find that your desire and ability to learn English increases. This book will be particularly useful for those who have difficulty expressing themselves in various situations in the English language. As you listen to these stories, you will learn new words and expressions, thus improving your expressive and active vocabulary.
At the end of the book, there is a short workbook with questions designed to help you express yourself better through written practice of the language.
