Great selection if short stories done well.
Loved the narrator’s voice who performed and read the stories very well!
The short stories were interesting and in the style of Leo Tolstoy.

Short Stories
Would you say that listening to this book was time well-spent? Why or why not?
Pretty good selection of Tolstoy stories. I'm guessing the narrator is from South Africa? and I find his accent distracting. "A mahhn raised his hahhnd..." Every 'r' nicely rolled.
Any additional comments?
There are many better short story collections available.

Recommended for Tolstoy Students
This aristocratic sounding narrator was a pleasure to hear. I believe the five stories are: The Three Hermits, Three Deaths, Albert, God Sees The Truth But Waits, and Ermac.
