I love a good narrative who bring the book to life

I am still listening to the book…but I have to say I love the way the narrator tries to make the book more engaging. It sound almost like a podcast story but with just one voice. I wish more book were like this one because it helps keep my attention and leave me wanting more!

It was eye opening for me.

i am only into the first 40mins and i definitely have to give this a review! awesome!!! i am learning so much about the precious Holy spirit. i didn’t know how important it is as a christian seek such gift from God. I thought because paul the apostle had said that he rather speak one words tht edifying to the church than speak in a thousand tongues. i thought well maybe it’s not a priority! but i thank God for his servant who wrote this book. it gives a refreshing insight of the SWEET INTIMACY with the precious Holy Spirit. As for the narrator? you did an awesome job! keep on working for the KInG of Kings and don’t let any negative comments here stop you from fulfilling your purpose. bless u all that will come across the book, in jesus name! see u all in paradise 😊

I believe in praying in tongues, but this book really pushed me over the edge how many of us as many is 95% have been ignoring our gift and not using it on a daily basis. Dr. Hammond goes through the history of praying in tongues starting at Pentecost and brings it all through till the present day. You will learn about the revivals and all the history. Plus, you will be exhorted to use your gift. It is a gift for anyone who is a born-again believer. He will show you tons of scriptures that shows it is God‘s will for you, just as he commanded the disciples to wait in the upper room till he sent them the Holy Spirit. That was Pentecost and you can have that same spirit outpouring in you if you believe. It’s a second step after you’re saved. Often, man’s word means more to us than God‘s word. We should not listen to naysayers when God is offering you a supernatural gift that will empower you to follow God more closely. Millions of people have this gift, And it is for everyone who believes. I can’t imagine somebody would not want a gift from Jesus Christ. Humility is what we need when approaching God. You ask for it just as you ask for salvation. You do it in faith. It’s the second step. You need it and I need it. Read this and other books about the Holy Spirit and your whole Christianity will be set on fire and you will be excited.
