The secrets that held me in captivity and led to many bad choices and decisions for 30 years.
With the fear of being rejected by a loving God because of my past, I attempted to control my healing process, resisting the very freedom I desired. In a marriage that was on the brink of failure, and an addiction that seemed to haunt me, I surrendered myself to the Lordship of Jesus Christ, and God used the very thing I sought after to break me: the need for love.
