Ellie and Jack are Perfect

Would you recommend this audiobook to a friend? If so, why?

Absolutely! The plot line was amazing, entertaining and different than other romance plot lines. While this book was funny and sexy, it also brought up important issues of gender inequality in the workplace.

Who was your favorite character and why?

Ellie. She was strong and independent although she didn't see that in herself. She believed in a cause or in something and she went through whatever extreme to pursue her goals. I loved her insecurities because they were all so real and easy to relate to.

Which scene was your favorite?

I had a lot of favorite scenes but Jack.....stroking the mustache he stole from Ellie's place. The picture was painted to vividly in my mind and I am still laughing imaging the entire scene.

Was there a moment in the book that particularly moved you?

Although Ellie was undercover as Eric, I found it very heroic when she/he stood up for Lulu when Blair and Will were intimidating Lulu. Eric (as a new employee) saw a situation that was unfair and he spoke up even if he later became a target. As Ellie, she risked the chance that her disguise will be uncovered by sticking up for Lulu. It was a very moving scene and it reminded me that although this story is a work of fiction, there are people out there who still stick up for others when they see something wrong.

Love it 😍

Great story and LOVE LOVE LOVE Sabastian York & Andi Arndt, Love the way they bring the story to life! The ending made me laugh, to be honest I laughed several times, got choked up a couple and teary eyed also. The writers did an awesome job on this hope the come out with another story with the brother, that would be cool 😎 also great decision on having the narrators read their own characters texts back and forth, 1st time ever have I heard a audiobook do that and was cheering all the ways saying FINALLY! Don’t get me wrong Andi Arndt does a kick ass man voice but it’s always nice to hear the actual male voice when it’s suppose to be them talking. Great story check it out! Love the Cheetos

Falling for the Boss Review...

I really really like this duo of narrators. Story good, but could’ve been tightened up a bit at the end. Good epilogue. I was given this free review copy audiobook at my request and have voluntarily left this review.

Incredibly original!

Although this could be considered a typical office romance I would say it’s anything but typical. I loved that there was a twist with the heroine (no spoilers here) and that it tackled some really relevant and difficult issues women face in the workplace in general and in male dominated industries in particular. If only men were more like Jack in real life! Sebastian York and Andi Arndt are a rockstar pairing and this performance was spot on. Loved everything about this audiobook!

Just the right mix

This book has it all. I actually almost listened in one sitting and I have not done that for a long time. I also actually laughed out loud. This book is worth the time that it takes to load it so enjoy.

More Than Romance

A great addition to the V-Card Diaries series! It was a bit disjointed from the rest of the series, but it was still just as entertaining. While it was previously published, I hadn’t read it, so I appreciated having the chance to discover it now. I found Ellie’s scheming and investigating to be my favorite part. Her undercover shenanigans were so compelling that I couldn’t put the book down until the end. For me, the romance was secondary. Yet Ellie and Jack still had a great chemistry. The trust they had in each other created a really strong foundation for their relationship. They were old friends who worked well together. But I have to say, the way Jack still lusted after her, despite her disguise, proved that it was more than just a physical connection.

This was a cute story. Nothing really original but it has it's own twists and some really hot scenes. I enjoyed the characters very much. This book left me feeling happy which I always love in a book.
The narration was great as always but I don't expect anything different with these two!

Really well written

I liked this story, and I really enjoyed the characters. It was a fun read with a slightly ridiculous storyline and maybe a bit more drama than was actually needed, but still very entertaining. I enjoyed the humour and also the ‘feminism and equality’ cause, I also thought it was a good twist making the protagonist a woman considering the driving theme was feminism.
The sex scenes were great and the characters had real chemistry.
Well worth a listen.

My only complaint is that the story was too short! Two of my favorite narrators, they are amazing! Was a great story made me laugh out loud at few spots and smile throughout. Enjoyable read.

Loved it !! this story. the narrator is so fantastic it's like your really there!! After listening to this story,. I totally enjoyed reading this book. It’s well written and the characters were uniquely fantastic. I would suggest this book to my friends that like this sort of genera. this was a good book. The narrator was great.
