What was the most compelling aspect of this narrative?

Mr Miniter gives a frank discussion of the Colonial and British Empire background for the formation of the Bill of Rights including historical citations and letters leading to its formation as written. He brings to the forefront of this discussion how carefully and thoughtfully was the exact wording chosen.
