Great for COVID-19 crisis

The audiobook was created for the current crisis that is worsening in many countries now. I have lost my job and have to think twice before spending. I have implemented a saving strategy before but found many great tips now. I treated some expenses as fixed, but they aren't! Thank you, Dana, for showing me new ways.

This book is practical also for employees

If you want to find a side income, take a copy of this book. I will lead you step by step while you decide if you wish to become a freelancer or go beyond and become an entrepreneur. Finally, any saved money (you will find many tips) can be invested in your business.

The audiobook is about mindset

I found between the lines that the book is about the mindset. We need to change the perspective to become successful, whether as freelancers or entrepreneurs. Also, spending money mindlessly ruins our lives more than we think of. I recommend all listeners to focus on the mindset chapters that will improve their lives.

Overall this is a great little audiobook on learning to budget, and how powerful setting up your lifestyle can improve your financial situation beyond a life of debt and financial struggle.

Since I have lost my income, I want to start freelancing. My friends who established their businesses last year inspired me to consider this option, but I didn't know where to start. Now, due to the current crisis, I decided to start the search and came across this audiobook. It contains everything for a newbie freelancer. I liked what to avoid tips. The second part of the book is excellent as well.

Check the checklists

The audiobook comes with a link to get two checklists that summarize the book's most important messages. One is a saving form where you describe your goal, action steps, and quantify the saving. Plus, there is a section for non-financial benefits, something that I didn't find in other books. The work from home checklist includes 10 effectiveness tips.

Great bonus checklists

The book comes with two bonus materials that alone are worth the price. The productivity checklist has 10 daily tips. Planning tomorrow today and starting early in the morning helped me organize my schedule from a haphazard and become much more effective. The saving form comes in handy, and I liked that it covers not only financial goals but also non-financial ones, which motivates me even further. I do not need to save money, but these goals change my mindset.

Saving tips

I skipped pretty most chapters in the first part of the book because I am not looking for additional income. But the second part surprised me with many saving tips. They are arranged by categories and then ordered from immediate savings through long-term ones. If you have a car, house, mobile phone, insurance, or even if you don't have any of these, you will find great tips for saving. I also liked the non-monetary benefits and financial mindset.

I would recommend it to anyone.

I really enjoyed the book. The wording wasn't over my head. I received information that is doable for me. I would recommend it to anyone. I just finished listening to it. I can't wait to put some of the methods into practice.
