After all, most people only remember a few big ideas or separate points after reading or listening to a book. I've never heard anyone say "Oh, that was a good continuous-process-of-logically-ordered-argumentation" but I've often heard people say, "Oh, that was a good point." And back to my main point: "Why are you a Catholic?" is a good question. A good question deserves a good answer.

Human's are fallible, St. Pio was not. Praise God!
The humility of this great human being is unprecedented in our modern lives today. To know St. Pio's life was a passion and the devotion he holds to Our Lord is truly inspirational. To be obedient to God was the best message I could receive from the life of this Saint. Very informative book for those who choose Christ. God bless.

A great introduction to this wonderful modern day Saint!
I’ve listened to this book from beginning to end over the course of five days. Without a doubt, it has intrigued me, strengthened my faith, introduced me to my new favorite Saint. Undoubtedly, I’ll listen again. The narrator was superb and the author provided both a strong narrative of the life of Padre Pio but excellent reporting and analysis of many of the controversial issues that dissenters go after.

Inspirational and Moving
I recommend this book for anyone looking to learn more about the lives of the saints and what’s to deepen their faith in God. This book has moved me in such a way I cannot explain other than to say it has reconfirmed my commitment to live a holy life, completely surrendering my will to God.
