great book to add to your witchcraft practice
I found out about this book on That Witch Life podcast and got it on audiobook, then after listening bought the book and am now incorporating these practices into my daily craft. The advice, spells and herbal lore is invaluable and the writter takes care to not appopriate the practices of indigenous cultures, teaching the reader how to make a sacred smoke practice all of their own.

General New Age content, well written. However...
General New Age content, well written, well researched, and beneficial to new witches and new-agers.
The narration is difficult for me to listen to and focus on at the same time.
I find her voice is beautiful, and the recording is EXCELLENT! My difficulty is that is it sounds like she is often whispering the content rather than directly reading it, which makes focusing rather tricky.
I understand this may be just me and my old ears that are used to a straightforward reading.
Other than that, I find the content and performance to be of excellent quality and well presented!

Felt very heavy and bitter
The most superficial book read on the topic so far, disappointed. Talks about banishing people, quotes Alistair Crowley and hints other black magic rituals. There are better books on the topic dont waste your money.
