The narrator’s voice dropped me right into my heart immediately.

I love the pace of this book! It is an exquisite experience to listen to, complete with applicable information, heartfelt story telling, and “how to” be in the practice of healing. I appreciate the author’s authenticity—she is clearly passionate with an undeniable desire to invite each of us into our unique healing journey which is felt throughout the book. Excited to hear this is the first book in a series. I am looking forward to reading/hearing what the author shares with us next!

Authenticity and Useful Knowledge

I have had my fair share of pain, grief and hard times, so I love to partake in books, podcasts/speakers, and movement based practices in regard to healing. We all experience pain in different ways … some of us mentally, others physically and for us lucky ones (!) in both the mental and physical realms. The author, who has experienced great grief, expresses a direct link in trusting and nurturing ourselves (giving many useful examples for how we can do this) in relation to healing. She provides lessons on how to use energy to shift our situation (which can be so varied), outside of the standards we hear over and over. She also shares her lovely vocals in her reading voice and music. Listening to this book is healing in itself. It’s a peaceful vibe that I want to put on repeat. It’s also short enough to listen in one sitting, one flight or over a few morning coffees. You WILL find something to propel you on your healing journey (or through life in general) in this book.
