Worse, sometimes he senses something bigger and brighter lurking under his skin, and it feels so familiar he knows it has to be his magic, but then he burps or sneezes, and the feeling passes. So it's probably just allergies . . . or gas. Yeah . . . Not exactly brimming with magical oomph. Not anymore. It sucks.

Sassy Zee, stoic Victor, and boringly human Adam have started saving humanity! The hijinks and hilarity roll in fast paced waves through what is an absolutely precious (if begrudging) love story. So entertaining! Michael Leslie shines in this series, giving vivid life our wild and colorful Zodiac. He portrays the smug, stoic, rock solid Victor to perfection. And let’s not forget about plain Adam. I love how he shows the pitiful attempts Adam makes to cover up his secrets. The Vex/Leslie team is a truly beautiful thing.
