Girl voice was impressive
I have to say the girl who voiced this was great. She’s the same reader for the rest of them and I love that she made Leanne sound older and different. It was great to hear Secret and Leanna as they were from the first book. I love the commitment and the feel of keeping her as a mature woman since she is. I will say I loved the A-Team Hannibal’s Smith feel the writer gave for E.A. I always loved him and the way he loves it when a plan comes together so I immediately loved EA. However there was a mess up I can’t get past. They talked about babies and EA said “I can’t wait to see her stomach grow with my knot” instead of my baby. Felt like a autofill or something and the way the story did feel like it dragged I want to say the author might be getting done with the series and getting lazy on writing or with editing. But I’m also kind of done, I only even read/listened to this because I liked Secret and I wanted to see how her sister/mom did with her pack but I’m definitely on the fence for if I want to buy Beth’s book and audiobook. I honestly wanted to really like this book with a me lead like EA but idk it was like so much unnecessary sex scenes and dragging on the plan like idk it’s not like the whole series had this like build up to be partially let down but this one got me worst I barely wanted to finish it.
