Great book! Please Audible give me more UNABRIDGED ROGUE SQUADRON BOOKS! I recommend this book for any Wedge fans or Star Wars fans that like the space combat side of the Star Wars universe.

No cringe
Never really got into the Rogue Squadron books in the past but figured I'd give it a try since I'm running out of EU books to listen to. Definitely enjoyed listening to a Star Wars book with no cringe like the current era of books.

Jedi Master Marc Thompson has done it again!
I love the rogue squadron and wrath squadron books and I hope they do all of them I will pre-order the books before they finish if given the option. these were and still are some of the most amazing star wars books along side I jedi and the jedi academy books with the original thrawn series hint hint random house audio. my only complaint has nothing to do with narrator Jedi Master Thompson but the whining of the ships could be dialed down just a tad I listen to these books in a semi and after an hour the high pitch whining of the engines give me a head ache but these are amazing books and I look forward to finish the entire series again as these were my favorite as a kid

Excellent dose of nostalgia!
Marc Thompson does another great job of presenting the intensity of the tales surrounding Rogue Squadron. Bringing a classic Legends book series back to life makes for an exciting listen, even if you're like me and already own the paperback books!

1 complaint.
Marc Thompson does an excellent job narrating. the story is still as fresh as when I first read it. my only complaint is that occasionally they let the sound effects drown out the narration. otherwise a must have for any Star Wars enthusiast.

A fantastic Story set in the Star Wars universe!
A great story read by the great Marc Thompson! I really hope thewy produce more unabridged EU audiobooks like they did this and the HTTE books.

Great books! Marc Thompson is the Best!
Marc Thompson is my favorite star wars narrator. any book he reads is going to be good!
rouge squadron novels realy adhere to what the pilots are up to, none of "The Force" stuff.
The story line is very similar to "Top Gun"
only thing I dont like is when the pilots are flying their Xwings, the engine sound effect contains a subtle high pitch wine. Likely only a few of us, along with our dogs, can hear it.

An awesome series by Michael Stackpole
Marc Thomson is so easy to listen to and he has an amazing number of unique voices; I have no idea how he keeps track of how each of the characters sound and his dramatic reading is always spot on!
Oh! And the story by Michael Stackpole is incredible as well! I read all of the Rogue Squadron series when they originally came out decades ago and now listening to Mark bringing all the characters to life, I can just listen to them over and over again.
