I love how these books are a flashback and a look to the future all in one.

Second chances!

Rock and Roll Forever!!! These first two books of the series are sure to whet your appetite to hear all of about Razor's Edge's possible reunion. Their ex-manager is dying from brain cancer, and his niece Joplin is rounding up the boys for his last wish, a one night reunion. Almost Paradise is the first we hear, and it features Jax and Skye. Who thought being a waitress would land you on stage? Skye is pulled on one night as a stand in for a duet Jax sings, and their chemistry is off the charts. Now going on tour, they have to keep their hands off each other, or Skye will have to go back home, as per her father's orders. Now years later, they are pulled back together and the chemistry is still there. But will they give into their passion? The heat is high, the music is playing and this second chance at finding love may not work out as planned! There are some obstacles these two have to overcome, will love win out?

Next we have Beck and Sawyer's story. A marriage from a drunken night gets these two together, but just how drunk were they? Did they know what they were getting themselves into? These two are perfectly suited, complimenting each other, and their banter is priceless. There are times I just want to strangle them both, but that is what makes the story just so good! And if you haven't fallen for Beck, just wait for the scene with the kids and the music...it will pull you over the edge and have your heart fully invested in this couple.

Narrated by the talented Daniela Acitelli, I was sucked into the lives of these band members! They are not just your ordinary famous musicians. These men have depth, and Acitelli brings is all out with her voices. She has found the essence of each character and is letting us fall in love and follow their journey. We can only hope they decide to do the reunion in the end!

Great love stories

These are two good stories. I like how they start in the present, tell the back story, and then go forward. The characters are interesting. The narrator did a good job. It took a few chapters to get used to her style.

These two books were so good the characters and emotions were all there and I want to read the rest of the series or listen to it . I’ve found a new author to enjoy and she brings the feelings and emotions with her writing.
