There are things every small business can do with RPA to automate their business process. Robotic process automation (RPA) is the use of software equipped with artificial intelligence (AI) and capabilities of machine learning (ML) so as to handle high volume, and repeatable tasks that required humans previously.
With the advent of advanced technology, more companies are shifting towards Robotic Process Automation. They do so because the benefits of implementing RPA considerably outweighs its drawbacks. RPA provides a comprehensive virtual workforce that is both efficient and reliable. Companies looking to quickly scale their operations, but haven’t yet turned to automation, should seriously consider opting for RPAs.
Process automation has been around for longer than we care to admit. It is the robotic part that is advanced and hi-tech. Inventions like the steam engine, water wheel and printing press automated work that was previously done by humans. Just like the way those inventions revolutionized the way the world functioned, RPA has just as much power and potential to do so. And the best part is that we are at the cusp of this very real industrial revolution.
Owning a business is an unpredictable web of consistency, direction, duties, and connections. Yet, there are Business process management (BPM) apparatuses out there and also Robotic process automation that substantial undertakings are utilizing to enable them to deal with these sorts of issues. With the assistance of innovation, individuals will have the capacity to commit a greater amount of opportunity to undertakings that really enhance the nature of an organization's administrations and create thoughts, rather than exhausting their vitality and potential in details.

If you have no clue about RPA nor able to google it to find out and learn at a 30K ft. level, then this book is for you.

poor writing, poor quality of content.
I don't know if it was the person reading or the text but there is atrocious use of grammar in the audiobook. I assume the latter. The content was also quite poor. The author spends most the time stating the obvious and backing up those statements with poor quality reasons.
