Primary Sources Matter
Pfarr does a great job delivering primary source information about Longstreet's actions at Gettysburg. I enjoyed the book and look forward to touring the battlefield with this new insight.

Stop the “character” voices shtick
The narrator trying to give different character voices comes off cartoonish. It’s insulting to the key historical figures and the intelligence of any scholar of the civil war. Essay #6 is practically unlistenable.
