Acerca de esta escucha

Anna Miller has been giving selflessly of her time and money for years, anonymously. She's lucky enough to be wealthy enough to give back. Having grown up poor, giving back is important to her. She wants no acclaim or accolades for her generosity.
Until an investigative reporter from a major newspaper decides to figure out who this unknown benefactor is. He reveals Anna's identity to the world, thinking he's just doing his job. He not only reveals Anna has been a major contributor to several local charities, but he also uncovers her nom de plume, that she's a famous romance writer worth millions.
The revelation throws Anna's world into chaos. Suddenly, she's bombarded with interview requests and can't go anywhere without someone following her. The paparazzi are everywhere, and other papers publish stories that are not as true, reviving scandals Anna thought long behind her.
She escapes to Colorado, to her childhood home. There, she asks for help from the one man she hoped never to see again - Andrew Johnson.

Review from Writer’s Digest: "The very concept of the plot is multifaceted and complex, which sets the stage for an intriguing, immersive read. ... The main characters also displayed a fair amount of personal growth... making them dynamic enough to be both entertaining and relatable, which is key for a tale that literally takes one from rags to riches."
