Demasiados cambios propuestos
El libro contiene información muy valiosa sobre salud y estilos de vida, una narración muy animada y muchas alternativas para diferentes tipos de personas, diferentes estados de salud, diferentes gustos y diferentes preferencias alimentarias. Sin embargo me pregunto: Qué llevaría a una persona a adoptar tantos cambios propuestos? ... quizás una salud muy quebrantada, un deseo profundo de cambiar hábitos y estilo de vida... no lo sé, la desintoxicación que propone la autora se convierte en un largo ritual de vida, suplementos, tés, alimentos, tratamientos, dejando muy poco espacio para una vida un tanto flexible, y por otro lado desacredita otros estilos de alimentación como el ayuno intermitente, la dieta cetogenica y la paleo, restándole importancia a la evidencia científica que hay detrás de ellos.
He recomendado el libro un par de veces porque aunque no estoy dispuesta a seguir la totalidad de lo que sugiere, creo que hay algunas recomendaciones que nos invitan a pensar diferente y sobre todo nos brinda herramientas para mejorar la salud.
