If you are struggling to decide how the real estate investment opportunities are going to work, you may want to reread through some of the chapters that are included in the book. It can be hard to figure out what is going to work for you with real estate investing. Make sure that you take your time and that you are truly prepared to be able to get the best experience possible with real estate investing. You don't know what you will have to go through when it comes time to do the actual investment process so always be prepared for all of it.

I found it to be very useful

There are a lot of books out there pointed toward giving the inspiration to need to purchase investment properties, yet there are not very many books that give a nitty-gritty, bit by bit system for achieving land achievement. Samuel's Rental Property Investing does that and does it such that puts independence from the rat race through land reachable for any individual who needs it

Very helpful

I'm considering making a real estate investment, mostly in long-term residential rentals. I chose this book based on the reviews in order to educate myself on the subject. I found this book to be very educational as someone who is entirely new to real estate and has never bought a house before. It goes over various rental properties, finance, estimating costs/maintenance, tenant screening, frequent landlording issues, and more.

Helped me understand the subject better

For novices, a very adequate amount of detail about several forms of property analysis. The author utilized a lot of real-life examples to assist make the material more understandable. It's exactly what it says on the tin. You won't get into great detail about things like loan applications or anything, but the course does an excellent job of covering exactly what it says it will.

It's not a get-rich-quick scheme

This is the book about real estate you've been looking for. It's not a get-rich-quick scheme. It takes you through the numbers, which I believe is the only thing that matters in the end. It comes highly recommended by me.

I've read other books, but for rental guidance, this one is the finest. I'm new to being a landlord, but I'm looking forward to it. This book contains several forms that are available on my online site and that I have prepared using our rental program system using the information provided in this book.

Something I would recommend

I'm fresh to the real estate market. My intention for acquiring this book was never to go into real estate to make a living, but rather to diversify my investments. I have a terrific career that I love and will never stop until I can no longer do it. Despite the fact that I have yet to make a single investment, I believe I am off to a great start after reading this book. I created a plan using the information in this book. I now know exactly where to begin and have a solid personal investment strategy in place. This is a well-written book with numerous examples that are really useful. It was simple to read and packed with useful information. I would strongly advise anyone interested in real estate investing, whether as a primary or secondary source of income.

Provides extensive information

The author provides extensive information on everything from how to conduct research to purchasing, renovating, managing, and selling rental properties. It's a well-written book with a lot of useful information. This book will have saved me money and, more significantly, time as I begin my journey with the rental property; it is well worth reading. This is an excellent book about property investment in real estate.
