Während alle unsere Körperteile gut auf Hypnose ansprechen, tut es unser Verdauungstrakt noch viel mehr. Es besteht eine tiefe Verbindung zwischen unserem Gehirn und unserem Verdauungstrakt. Dieser enthält ungefähr 100 Millionen Nervenzellen und manche nennen es deshalb unser "Bauchhirn".
Das bedeutet, dass sich unser Darm, wenn er in Trance die richtigen Suggestionen bekommt, durchaus beruhigen kann. Mit seiner Intelligenz und Sensibilität nimmt unser Verdauungstrakt die positive Botschaft auf und kehrt langsam in seine normale Funktion zurück, während die unangenehmen Symptome besser werden oder ganz verschwinden.
Genau dafür ist diese 33-minütige Hypnose konzipiert.
