Good information, needs serious editing.
There is a lot of good information in this book, however there is a lot of information that is repeated and it does not need to be, chapters later, as if it was to be removed before publishing.
There are some very strange words put into the recording that make no sense in a few spots. Not sure what that is all about. (I am quite familiar with Reiki terminology and it is NOT that).
The narration is just a step above from someone reciting the dictionary in a chastising manner, so brace for impact.
