The Final Stand

I enjoyed book three as much as the first two books in the series. I admired the creative spark which joined the riders and their dragons to become United which then resulted in an increase in their powers. I felt sorrow as the companions needed to separate in order to cover more of Onis to find more supporters for their final confrontation with the Silver Monarch and her army. I rooted for Laila and her determination to bring peace to the land of Onis. I liked the characters. My attention was kept focused on the story by all the twists and turns. I was entertained by Aaron Smith's narrative skills and enjoyed his performance a lot. I thought R. E. Davies' performance, which provided a voice for Laila, was a wonderful addition to the narration of the audiobook. I was given a copy of the audiobook.
