Reclamation

I loved it! This was a terrific read. Two young adults lead a life of swindling old folks but karma can be cruel. Narration by Andrea Emmes was excellent. I was given this book free for an honest review.

Karma and Paranormal Vengeance

Who are Mandy and Parker Morgan? The fraternal twins on paper don't exist, so no one knows these two are drifters who prey on people at their weakest when they're grieving all for the love of money. Reclamation is a unique disturbing twist of horror, suspense, and supernatural karma at its finest. I won't give spoilers, but I will say this what you do to others has a way of coming back to you with a vengeance. I received this book for free upon my request. I am voluntarily leaving my honest and unbiased review here of my own volition.

Karma is Real

Interesting story of a set of twins who go through life fleecing grieving people who are at their most vulnerable. Narration was great.

I don’t know how author Ashley Fontainne came up with the story, but it makes it so hard for you to put down. I love the suspense and the thrill of the story

Ashley Fontainne, the author, delivers a fascinating tale guaranteed to keep you captivated until the end! Fontainne generates empathy for the two scammers by revealing their past, the shortcomings of their parents and society, and their drive to escape, even in the face of their parents’ death. The portrayal of Mand’s increasing mental breakdown/haunting experiences is skillfully done and thorough. It is vividly described and seamlessly integrates with the narrative. The dialogue and interaction between the two siblings are genuine.

The narrator, Andrea Emmes, utilizes her talented voice to skillfully and completely capture the pain, anxiety, fears, and emotional/mental strain experienced by Mandy. Emmes delivers a strong performance with a deliberate cadence. She speaks clearly and with different voices/tones enabling the listener to distinguish each character.

I have enjoyed each of Ms. Fontainne’s books. She is a gifted author who explores many different genres throughout her writing career! I can honestly say she has excelled in the genre of the supernatural! Highly recommend!
