Loved Slash and Katya’s story

Reckoning is another amazing read by Elizabeth Knox. This is the fifth installment of the Skulls Renegade MC series. I could not put this book down it is so good. This is the story of Katya and Slasher. Everyone calls Katya a monster but she has the right to be one after all she has had to go through to protect the ones she loves, though the ones she loves don’t want her around anymore. Katya was married and her husband through her away. With nowhere to go she comes to Tennessee to try to reconnect with her brother and sister. Slasher is a member of the Skulls Renegade MC and has his own demons he is fighting. He is the best person to understand what Katya has been through. There is a chemistry that they have that gets stronger as you read the book. Will Katya’s former life come back to hurt her? Will Slasher get past his past and move forward with Katya? Will the war that’s coming bring them both down? Will they get their HEA? You will need to read the book to get these answers. I definitely recommend this book and I can’t wait to read the next book from Elizabeth Knox.

Where do I even begin with this book!! Yes, it is that good!!

We were introduced to Junior "Slash" in Relentless (Skulls Renegade #4) and now we get his story. Junior has been a Nomad for awhile now, getting on his bike a going where ever he wanted to be or nowhere at all. When he walked into Bubba's he feels he may have found a place where he belongs. After the horrific ordeal he and Bellamy go through Slash left the club for almost a year and when he decides he is strong enough to finally go back his life takes another turn that he was not expecting.

Katya has had the worse up bringing since her and her sister were sold into human trafficking. She will do anything to protect her little sister at all costs. Now years later after her husband has asked for a divorce she goes to find her brother and sister to warn them of the war that is heading there way. When she walks into Bubba's she sees a man that she knows has a deep, dark past just like her.

As we get more of Jr and Katya's painful past you can't help but fall for these two. Katya's past was described in ways that no one should have to ever live through. Elizabeth Knox gives us just a glimpse of what happens in human trafficking and what those people go through. I screamed, laughed and cried while reading this story. I can't wait to see what book 6 in the Skull Renegade Series has in store for us.

Elizabeth Knox, you ARE an incredible author and I can't wait to see what's next each time I read one of your stories!!
