Jayne is ready to give up. She's 29 years old and is ready to throw in the towel. Everything seems to be crashing down on her. At 313 pounds, she has been diagnosed with congestive heart failure and diabetes. The doctor told her to lose 100 pounds or she will be dead within five years. She feels stuck with no way to go forward and she doesn't want to keep going backward.
Giving up sugar and carbs sounds impossible. Still, she knows something has to change. Slowly, she must discard her bad habits and embrace good habits that will lead her toward health, purpose, and real life.
Jayne desires to be an overcomer. In order to do that, she must develop a deeper relationship with God than she's ever had before. She knows who God is, but she doesn't really KNOW God and what He wants to do in her life. Join her on her difficult, but eventually rewarding journey.
