Results Driven Guidance

My new workplace guide!
This book is basically how I operate at work. Cut out the excuses and get to action. Assume positive intent. Be clear in objectives. I really enjoyed this book and will be leveraging the authors additional resources.

Great for Seasoned Leaders too!
I have been in leadership over 20 years. I needed to hear so much of this.
Cy has a great way of tackling a big subject into digestible pieces.
