Weird
Daniel is quite a wise guy. This is a mixture of interviews and sharing personal experience. Is like sitting Daniel talk during 4hrs. No real one subjext covered in deep. Interesting to see Daniels background and the name of his masters.

Not an audiobook.
This is basically a podcast or interview with the author. The material is interesting but the format is strange.
